Happy Thanksgiving!

If you can't tell the above picture says, "Happy Thanksgiving!" That was Ryan and Evan's handy work this past weekend. Evan loves having a big driveway to color on and a yard to play in. That alone makes living here so much nicer.

Things I am thankful for (not in order of preference):

• The Gospel
• Evan and Griffin
• Ryan
• Our home
• Our cars, when they work
• Good friends
• A big loving family on both sides
• Fall leaves
• A big soft bed
• Sleeping in on a Saturday
• Advil
• Noggin
• Yummy treats, ie. cheescake, cookies, turkey and mashed potatoes
• The smell of fall (it always smells like burning leaves here and I love it!)
• Library books
• Cell phones
• Summers off!

So many more things to be thankful for but I just thought it would be a good way to start off our holiday by posting a small list.

The lost has been found....

So Griffin is getting so big and is simply the happiest baby I have ever seen. He is always full of giggles and squeals. He is so much fun to have around. Fat and Happy! I'll post some pics of him as well.....



Ok, so I have been lost for awhile in the chaos of getting my house put together. It is still a bit crazy here. We have no pictures on the walls and we still are missing some things that I have no idea where I packed them but life is getting back to normal. Here is a picture of a few of the rooms in our house. I am hesitant to put them up until everything looks perfect but that may be awhile, so enjoy!

Well, here they are but they are only of the first floor and the loft area. I'll take more later.


Life here is so great and we are just loving having normalcy back. We love the area we are in. It is so beautiful here and the fall leaves were gorgeous while they lasted.

We are also really enjoying the ward. Ryan was called to be the Young Men's president and we are keeping busy with that. I don't have a calling yet but I'm sure one will come soon. We are speaking this Sunday on perserverance. I think we have had some experience with that one.

I am working part time at Michaels. I really enjoy it. It is just a few nights a week and it is just fun to get out of the house and make a little money while I'm at it. I also have been enjoying the discount. It is only 25% but it is better than nothing.

I went to the rhuematologist yesterday and they started me on some new medications and physical therapy for my joint pain. Hopefully this will work this time as I have not been feeling very well. We'll wait and see.
