There is something so comforting in the gathering of old friends. They know you well and love you well anyway. They always want the best for you. No matter how much time has passed it is as if we saw each other yesterday.
I had that recently at a lovely beach house in South Carolina. We ate, we laughed, we cried, we remembered, we caught up, we had so much fun....
